If I could put 0 stars I would! I called up there and the guy that answered asked me to hold and he just laid the phone down and then I heard him talking and cussing up a storm in the background. I sat on the phone for over 12 minutes (hearing a lady that works there helping customers) and I kept saying hello, hoping they would hear me and pick the phone back up.
