This place is awesome. Made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. Every staff member was so nice. We got a full explanation of the process and what needs to be done and what to expect. They also explained the anatomy of the teeth and jaw. The coffee bar was also a bonus. The waiting area has comfy couch and ipads to entertain yourself. I cannot say enough great things about this orthodontic office! The staff is absolutely amazing — kind, attentive, and always smiling. The office is gorgeous and feels more like a boutique than a doctor’s office. And the results… WOW. I am so impressed with how my smile turned out. Best decision I’ve made!
Tony, the Dr. and all of the staff are super knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The office is truly state of the art. Very high tech, modern, and clean. Also, everyone is so friendly and caring. Each patient gets a goody basket of all the things they could not have while having their braces on; popcorn, taffy, ect. If you have other kids with you while you have to wait for an appointment... that's OK, because they have multiple iPad devices and snacks in the lobby. Absolutely wonderful experience at Fredal Orthodontics. Our daughter had dental anxiety and they made her feel completely at ease. The staff is kind and provides excellent care.
