The worst customer service you could deal with! We arrived at our vacation rental on 8/8/20. After a late check in due to the house having to be cleaned and “sanitized” due to coronavirus WE spent FIVE HOURS cleaning.!!! Yes the first Five hours of our vacation was spent cleaning our rental home. We called FREDA REAL ESTATE to make them aware of our situation. They told us there was nothing they could do. We spoke to BOB BOYLE the next day (8/9/20) who then promised to send a vacuum over so we could vacuum the PILES of sand ... read more

Excellent staff always goes out of their way to make sure everything is right.
This is not about Real Estate, more about an act of Kindness. My Wife and I ran out of Gas on our way home from Philly. Joseph Iannone, not only stopped to ask if we were OK, He then went to his House, Retrieve a gas, filled it, and drove it back to us, all out of the Kindness of his heart and wanted NOTHING in return. Anyone who would do a few different things to help us out, I would Highly recommend to Rent/Buy a House from. Truly a Stand up man. Thanks again. Joseph Iannone.
