Freda got me through the COVID shut down. If not for her, I don't know where I would be. She is thoughtful and so caring. I would absolutely recommend her to everybody!
This was really the worst experience I've ever had with a therapist. I came to her for direction, feeling lost, overwhelmed and with a LOT going on. She did not have the skill set to help me and rather than just say that she spun it in a way that made me feel awkward and like it was somehow my fault for not knowing what to tackle first.
