Fantastic. Got brackets welded on the back of a tractor bucket. Also got a pin custom made for a sway bar on the tractor. Give yourself a couple of days for work to be done. I see other posts mentionning the work not getting done on time. Understandably frustrating but let's be realistic. Something breaks and we need it NOW...I know the feeling. If you can't wait, learn how to do it yourself....Great little company. Will use again in the future.
Dropped off a small job to be welded, counter person said it would be a week and he would call me when done. No call for 3 weeks so I went in. The job was still on the counter where I left it. I will now bring it to a more responsive shop.
Dropped off a part for repair, told come back that afternoon would be done. Returned at 3pm hadn’t been touched. Told “we’re real busy, I’ll put someone on it first thing in the morning”. I stressed the importance of the repair and that I needed it ASAP, they understood this and was told not to worry it would be done. Came back the next morning at 10am still hadn’t been repaired. Took my part and went somewhere else and had it done in 15 mins. Will not return in the future
