I like how Dr. Sal takes the time to explain the treatment being done and why they are doing it. It helps the kids to realize the importance of maintaining a healthy mouth and makes them want to improve their dental hygiene/conditions
The staff is confident with the services that they provide yet manage to remain gentle. Everyone is on the same page in the office and it is noticable
Don't take your kids there! Our billing was screwed up all the time and no one in the office was ever able to answer questions. Even if Dr. Sal were in the office, they would tell me to call Dr. Sal on a particular day and time at a different office! Or they would tell me that Dr. Sal would call me back and weeks would go by without a response. Then he has the nerve to treat me like I'm annoying him when I want to know what's going on with the money that I'm paying him. It will cost you thousands of dollars to fix your child... read more
I have heard horror stories from other orthodontists.. but I have only experienced and heard positive things about Dr. Salvatoriello! They are always punctual, which I really appreciate, and I know they are doing a great job with my daughters braces. I have been very impressed with this office overall.
