They take really good care of me! Everyone is so helpful ☺️
They will give you the insurance policy you don't need, then later make you pay for the one you do need on top of it, and then fight for your refund. They will charge you unnecessarily. Also, they have very poor customer service. Upon calling one morning during business hours, Fred Vogel told us that they have "personal lives" and no time for me. Had this insurance for 2 years only to have them cancel it before my policy ended terrible experience I will never get insurance through them again
