Very knowledgeable man. Much appreciated
Fred and Alan were quick to respond and get me on their schedule, even though I am over an hour away. They showed up promptly, as scheduled and got the job done, answering all of my questions. I quickly received an email with my new engineered drawings and calcs. Stamped and approved from our local building department,in just a few short days. I highly recommend Fred Sheu and his associate, Alan Putney.
Worst Engineer ever. Said that he would come out and measure my wall to give me the correct paper work. Failed inspection because his paperwork was not correct based on what we needed. Told him about this and he got aggressive and still charged me an additional 250 to fix it even though it was his mistake for not coming out here and measuring like he stated in his email. WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN AND ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE HIM EITHER.
