I went to another rug cleaner first. I decided to go to Fred Reemers instead. I'm so glad I did. Fred Reemers customer service was great. the price was even better. They also explained thoroughly what process that they would take to assure me that my rug would be cleaned correctly. Very satisfied!!!
Amazing Service – They came to my house to pick up the rug right at on time! they moved all furniture and when they brought my rugs back as they had promised all stains, even wine stain, were gone and the rugs look and smell fresh again! They got my rug back exactly the day that they had promised and they put all furniture back the way it used to be Thank you Fred Remmers for such an amazing job!
