These guys are clowns. I will never use again. I will only use PSH Floorcare. Should have never tried anyone new. Fred Remmers says they have been around for four generations. Great grandpa should be rolling over in his grave. This new generation are complete buffoons.
The rug is fine. Having used your service previously to clean it I knew it would not be pristinely white but it is clean and definitely better looking than when I brought it in.
Rugs look brand new after cleaning. Would no go anywhere else for getting area rugs cleaned.
