rented a salon station from Fred Peter's Financial for almost 3 years. I never paid rent late, kept my area clean and followed the rules. We had an amazing team of 6 great cosmetologists that truly loved our careers and our salon. July 24th, 2019 Fred threw letters on all 6 of our stations, while we had clients, essentially evicting all of us in a giant meltdown stemming from an air conditioner repair (will post the letter). Lazy, unorganized, and a really terrible person. I would NOT do business with him or his firm in the future
