There is no communication between Drs and the nurses you speak to, like Rose, just says in the portal...I understand it is frightening and frustrating, but it can wait till you see Dr Sharma. I seriously had to disconnect from your wifi to access all my regular needs on my phone like email, work apps, and even google to leave this review!
My wife and I are here at the Buffett Cancer center so far there's been very little empathy the nurses are just kind of here and to make a paycheck it seems yes they do their job but it's almost like they don't care God forbid don't order food from here because most of the meals will arrive lukewarm or they will mysteriously lose your ticket so you don't get your food for hour and a half two hours down the road the food is very subpar it has no flavor very disappointed would not recommend this hospital for any reason
I gave this 5 so you could be properly warned, these people have no bedside manors at all, and if you just have insurance your a problem. My friends son just died in there, he fell going to the restroom. No nurse to help him or spot him.The minute he entered this place they waited for him to die. And when my friend tried to convey his and her wishes, the nurse yelled at her like she was holding up progress and ignored her. I did not know doctors and nurses could ignore their patients?
