My brother in law Aaron Wieberg from Grimes, Iowa ordered 250 lilly bulbs, bag of 50 ea., three weeks ago, paid 249 $ (pay pal) and still haven't received her order. Really disappointed !!!
Decent product, Comparable to other online vendors. Unfortunately the "hidden" and expensive 15% Shipping fixed fee makes larger (1000 bulb,root) orders no better deal than competition, $/bulb Ordered only 3 different type bulbs, 1000 count. You'd think the larger the order, the shipping fee% would drop, but does not.
This company does not respond to customer service by email or by phone. I don't believe it would be wise to do business with them.
They load me in 30 minutes. Thanks
I have had a great experience with the bulb company until it was sold last year. This year I had a complete crop failure due to thrips infestation. When I first contacted customer service, they were quite responsive until they saw pictures proving thrips damage. They have since ghosted me and are unwilling to return emails or calls. Do not purchase from them.
