DO NOT USE!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst plumber EVER!!!!! I need to have my shower cartridge replaced, the plumber came. He was not able to get the cartridge out, then proceeded to try to upsell me on some other service. He did not get the original job done. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!!
Will never be using them again- and you shouldn’t use them either!! I used them in the past, and they were great. Don’t know what happened, but the two idiots they sent were Laurel and Hardy- definitely not plumbers. We had an appointment window last Friday from 12-3 pm. They didn’t show up until 4:20- no phone call or anything to let me know they were running late. First strike! This place used to be great. It now completely gouges you on price $520 for a running toilet. Over $2000 to fix broken hose a year before. My mistake to use again after the hose but wanted to give a second chance after many years of using company. Never again though.
