Overcharges! I had to pay $175 for some one to come out and tell me that my rental unit kitchen faucet leaked and that I needed a new faucet. Went out, got the facet (I placed an order and the tenant went and got it from Home Depot) and was charged another $175 for install. I work in the service industry, I understand the nature and the costs of sending someone out and needed to cover service calls. I get it I know the business model. *updated- 8/18/26 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I just had $4,000.00 in repairs to fix what the Fred Morrow plumbers broke. There is a possible I will sue in small claims court. This will be a first for me… I just had another plumber to do the work I called Fred Morrow to do. The bill is $4,000.00 because the plumber broke the drain inside the sink, which caused the leak after they left. I haven’t called the cabinet people yet because I am afraid of what that will cost. Crazy driver
DO NOT USE!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst plumber EVER!!!!! I need to have my shower cartridge replaced, the plumber came. He was not able to get the cartridge out, then proceeded to try to upsell me on some other service. He did not get the original job done. HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!!!
Will never be using them again- and you shouldn’t use them either!! I used them in the past, and they were great. Don’t know what happened, but the two idiots they sent were Laurel and Hardy- definitely not plumbers. We had an appointment window last Friday from 12-3 pm. They didn’t show up until 4:20- no phone call or anything to let me know they were running late. First strike!
