My sister had an 11:15 appointment. We arrived early to complete paperwork. At 11:35 i inquired about her scheduled appointment time. Waited another 20 minutes. Then at 12:15 we decided to leave. Three other patients were waiting, in the meantime the receptionists all left for lunch, leaving the patients waiting. At 12:15 we decided to leave the doctor’s office. Time management is horrible and unacceptable wait times. Looking for another Kidney specialist.
This is the third time I get rescheduled. I get to my appointment just to find out that the dr would not be in. No phone calls to reschedule or to let me know the Dr would not be in. Very frustrating. The the receptionist just makes no effort to help.
