Every person that I interacted with was courteous and professional. That is becoming a rarer experience anywhere. The assistant that did most of the care was no-nonsense but took great care to afford great care. The P.A. was knowledgeable and helpful and provided personalized care for me after listening to my personal circumstances and needs. I couldn’t have had a better urgent care experience
I felt the doctor was dismissive during my visit. The appointment was rushed, and I didn’t feel like I was properly examined or listened to. There was a lack of compassion, and the doctor seemed eager to move on quickly. On top of that, the assistant was also dismissive of my concerns, constantly questioning me about my health despite me already answering multiple times.
