This Pharmacy is not capable of handling the volume of all prescriptions in Brookings Oregon. Their customer service went downhill when the BiMart Pharmacy closed because it overwhelmed them. Now, since the Rite Aid pharmacy closed, they are completely out of their league.They are severely understaffed. The pharmacy space itself is tiny. It should be at least three times its size. Prescriptions not filled on time. Ridiculously long lines in store. Drive-through only holds three cars. Inexcusably long hold times on the phone. Pharmacy is absolutely overwhelmed. Not enough staff, not enough square footage. It’s an absolute disgrace to our community.
