Due to pharmacies closing in our area we ,over to Fred Meyer Pharmacy. They have made errors in filling our prescriptions, not billed insurance, 3 to 4 day wait time for perscriptions and now...a prescription sent over first thing in the morning so that I could get started on it first thing, is now late afternoon and still waiting for it to be filled. We have had nothing but frustration with this pharmacy! And they don't seem to care. We will be changing pharmacies again. Never, been treated like this from any other pharmacy... read more
They never have the Rx on time. They say it will be ready but it takes several days. Terrible service, long waits. !!!!!
Donna decided to fuel up at Fred Meyer so I had enough fuel to trek to southern Oregon. I don't get my Meds at this location.
This pharmacy is just horrible on time management. They leave you on hold the phone disconnects. They will quote a time and NOT abide to that. They have zero empathy when you are not feeling well.. whats the point. I wish Rite Aid didnt go. Fred Myer in Albany Oregon has the worst management and customer service I have ever experienced in my travels across the US. They need proper management training and human decency training.
