This pharmacy is desperately understaffed. Don't bother scheduling a vaccine appointment. You'll never actually get it. The lines here are epically long and once you get to the front you can expect to sit and wait for an hour and a half to pick up your prescription.
Do not use this pharmacy!! They are severely understaffed, the staff they do have are significantly under-trained, and their computer system is glitchy. If they prioritize a prescription and say it needs to be ready in 60 minutes, the system just ignores it. Some (but not all) staff know that they have to say 55 minutes instead. I was given 4 separate estimates on when it would be ready, each time I had to wait from 5 to 20 minutes in line to find out it was not ready yet. Some of the people that work here are wonderful; others, not so much. I've been on hold for a half hour with them this morning, which is fine but, they've answered and then hung up on me three times during that half hour. One of the requests I have from them is urgent, It needs to be addressed as soon as possible. This is not the first time, but one of many times the people at this pharmacy have been rude, impatient or unprofessional with me, or people I know. Fred Meyer Pharmacy is the worst Pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. My dad had a RX called in and when we went to get it 2 days later they were still working on it. I THINK 2 DAY IS ENOUGH TIME TO GET IT DONE. WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY GET NO STARS.
