I've been very upset about this pharmacy in the way that they very rarely have prescriptions ready and they fail to notify you. I sat in the waiting room for over half an hour waiting for my prescription to be filled and they failed to notify me. They are unreliable.
Very disappointed with my recent experience. I called to refill my prescription and spoke with Sheri, a pharmacy tech in Astoria OR. Instead of simply addressing my refill, I received an unnecessary lecture about my medication, Kroger policy, and the law. She then contacted the Kennewick Fred Meyer pharmacy, which resulted in another call from Lynn repeating the same lecture. I found the entire interaction unprofessional and frustrating. Due to pharmacies closing in our area we ,over to Fred Meyer Pharmacy. They have made errors in filling our prescriptions, not billed insurance, 3 to 4 day wait time for perscriptions and now...a prescription sent over first thing in the morning so that I could get started on it first thing, is now late afternoon and still waiting for it to be filled. We have had nothing but frustration with this pharmacy! And they don't seem to care. We will be changing pharmacies again. Never, been treated like this from any other pharmacy... read more
They never have the Rx on time. They say it will be ready but it takes several days. Terrible service, long waits. !!!!!
