I typically don't make online reviews (good or bad) and my grace bucket is quite high but as an advocate for my husband and for people treating others with respect, I was absolutely appalled by the rudeness of the Pharmacist at the Newberg Fred Meyer location. We are very friendly, patient, gracious people and my husband walked away biting his tongue and feeling completely disrespected after trying to fill the same Rx he has been filling for decades at another FM location which just happened to be out this one time. I have been filling my prescription here for almost 2 years and it has been one horrific encounter after another. They fail to answer my question correctly when I ask if my doctor has called in my prescription to be filled over the weekend. If they say no I can call the doctor during office hours. So I call. Dr is super confused. Saying "I called it in, it's confirmed right here". Ok. Next issue. U call and ask did Dr call it in? They say "yes, I can fill it tomorrow "(referring to Saturday).
