ETA: My PCP sent in Rx for abx on Sunday. I called this AM to confirm that it’d be ready by this afternoon. Employee with Filipino accent said, “as yes, we needed to order it. Now it’s in the box and we just need to unpack it. It’ll be ready!”. I send my husband to pick it up... He literally gets sent home with 3 PILLS and told to COME BACK TOMORROW. What is this nonsense?! I’ve had it with this pharmacy!! I get a text that my prescriptions are ready and when my husband goes there, staff say it’s not ready. Super annoying.
I stopped by the window on Tuesday to pick up my prescription, and I just want to recognize Walla for doing such an amazing job. She is always so kind, friendly, and helpful whenever my family and I come in. she was going back and forth between the front counter and the drivethru, helping everyone with a smile on her face. Even though she was clearly busy, she stayed positive and patient the whole time. I even told her to take a moment to breathe :) Walla truly goes above and beyond.
I'm here picking up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday and the cashier is gaslighting me on a few issues. That's really annoying. Dianna is the rude cashier. She's consistently rude. There are nice cashier's there but Diana sucks. The pharmacist is really nice and she is always smiling and happy. The reason I give them a 1 start is also because it is hard to get my questions answered and the automated system is inaccurate. No apologies for the inconvenience. No get the prescription ready fast
