My complaint..... Pharmacy filled RX for instant opiod 4 days late in August and had no explanation. I was prescribed instant and extended irelief. I dealt with it using the extended Rx. It helped because it had to. Pain center changed my med on 9/10 to only instant. Your pharmacy AGAIN won't fill the Rx on the day the DOCTOR said. F. M. Is now holding all my meds for 4 days AGAIN.
