This pharmacy has no idea what they’re doing or how important prescriptions are to a persons health and will lie to your face to cover for themselves. The pharmacist lied to me about my doctor not correctly ordering important equipment that I needed urgently when in reality she did indeed correctly order it and their incompetence costs me days of not having equipment I needed.
The pharmacists are AMAZING. The lines are SOOOO long. I'm unsure why it's like this. Additionally it would be really helpful to have guidance for folks on how to queue up. People like to just sprawl instead of doing the dogleg that needs to happen.
Some of the workers in the pharmacy here can be really rude and try to blame you for when their staff do things wrong behind the counter. Maybe don’t work in customer service since you all seem so miserable and feel the need to take it out on customers.
