I called at seven in the morning asking how transferring a prescription works and they said they got transferred and told me I could go in whenever. I came in later that day at 5 PM to find that the transfer was not completed on their end blaming the other pharmacy, but also finding the prescription? The first woman started arguing, giving me answers and making comments that didn’t make sense or correspond with what was happening. Love this pharmacy and all of the employees there are excellent. They are kind and communicative, plus they solve any issues that come up quickly and efficiently.
I been filling prescriptions there for years. No problems at all.
