Terrible service – No accountability or compassion Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ I am beyond frustrated with the service at this Fred Meyer pharmacy. I used their IVR (automated phone system) to refill a prescription, and the system confirmed it would be ready for pickup the next day after 2:00 PM. When I arrived, I was helped by a technician named Kelly. She told me she didn't have the order. Courteous service. I usually have zero wait, but at most five minutes. So convenient. I either call in or if I drop by, they usually can fill the prescription in fifteen minutes, much shorter than the time it takes me to do the grocery shopping. I imagine most have my experience and just haven’t written a review. Sometimes being good and consistent isn’t enough to prompt a review. I took the time to write one because I don’t think the mediocre or bad reviews reflect the overall experience here.
The best pharmacy I’ve been to in my neighborhood. Great people there! Thank you so much !!!
Make sure you order your medications 2 or 3 days in advance. I ordered it over 24 hours ago, they said it would be ready after 2, I get there after work at 5, and they ask if i can wait. They hadn't even started it. Happens every time, they procrastinate until you come in and ask and then they will start your refill.
