If I could give zero stars, I would. South Medford Fred Meyer Pharmacy has been the absolute worst part of my recent medical ordeal - and I say that after spending an entire day in the hospital. The staff here have treated me with cruelty, disrespect, and a complete lack of professionalism or compassion. Fast, friendly and competent service for both prescriptions and vaccines. Never had a negative experience.
constantly closing the pharmacy way earlier than 1 for lunch and i’m surprised no one in management has caught on yet or cared. i got here 10 till and was refused service. i said i thought they didn’t close until 1 and was met with shrugs and told “it’s a rough estimate”. incredibly rude people who i can tell don’t know the first thing about customer service.
I see a lot of reviews commenting on how rude the employees are. I guess I've just been lucky, I haven't had a bad experience with anybody in the last several years I've been picking my Rx's up here. Filled regularly and on time, helpful individuals at the counter, quick and easy.
Been using fred meyers consistantly for the past 5 years now and over here at south medford pharmacy and i gotta say, Debbie is always so helpful! Usually i only give her my info and its a super quick process but today i got to chat a little bit with her and she also helped get one of my meds pushed up for me without me even asking! I know most people only share the bad side of their pharmacy, but my long term boyfriend was a pharmacy tech for most of our relationship so i can truly appreciate how demanding it can be to work... read more
