Used to be great but have become slow, rude, and not efficient. Always short staffed. Sometimes it has taken 3 tries before they check their fax for my scripts. If they need to verify with your Dr they never check for a reply! Always put on hold 2-3 times often without asking. Now that they are taking on Rite Aid patients I can only imagine. I will be moving to COSTCO.
