I do not suggest anyone use this Pharmacy, there CS is horrible. They leave you on hold for forever and still never answer your call so be aware of this Pharmacy. Shame on you Fred Meyers.
The absolute worst customer service. After waiting 6 hours and two trips to the pharmacy for them to fill electronic prescriptions from the hospital, they still weren’t filled. Pain meds, antibiotics, anti nausea meds, all things I needed to take 3 hours ago. Never using again
Usually I am not one to leave reviews. I’m not a “Karen” (no offense to Karen, full offense to Fred Meyer Pharmacy) but if I could leave zero stars I would. This is the most incompetent pharmacy I have had the misfortune of using. I have yet to have a positive and uncomplicated experience. I transferred our whole family here after our former pharmacy closed and it’s been nothing but regret since.
