This is my first time leaving a review for a business let alone a negative one. Every single time I have had to pick up a prescription from the bakerview Fred Meyer pharmacy there has been an issue. Every visit before I stop by I call a few hours ahead to confirm they have my medicine and they always say yes and it will be ready within an hour. Then when I arrive and wait in line for 15+ minutes they say they do not have my medicine or they are missing a prescription. Just last week they confirmed they had my medicine, then ... read more
Wow! Finally a pharmacy that actually cares. Goes out of the way to make sure your refills get approved even when the pcp takes forever to get around to it. The new pharm manager has really turned this place around!
Very friendly Pharmacist Amanda is very concerned with your health needs! I drive out of my way to have her and her team take care of my needs!
If I could give no stars I would. I thought I’d give them a second chance after the last time… i shouldn’t have done that. Now I’m left waiting even longer for my medication. This is CRAPPP! Get it together in there people!!
