Corporate needs to do a better job about giving them more hours/staff. I feel so bad that they are always so short staffed but expected to work miracles. Shame on Corporate, it shows that you don't value your employees or your customers. Do better! That being said, Gagan in the pharmacy is a lifesaver! She always provides extraordinary customer service and is so patient with any billing/insurance questions that I may have. This is my favorite Fred Meyer’s location. The staff are generally very friendly and most of the time because I shop there so often they will waiver say hello while passing in the aisle or at the checkout very personable service.
We called pharmacy and put on hold22 minutes later we called back .....on hold 22 minutes not ok
Not one single time in the 9 months I've lived here has this pharmacy not fumbled something with one of our several prescriptions. Whether they are not ready when told multiple times they would be, even after waiting a few more days, and then being told "yeah they are that behind" several times or whether they order the wrong manufacturer after a specific was requested due to issues when not using a specific option and then I have to bring back the pills and am told I need to check my order before I leave.
