They don't fill your meds unless you call and say something. When you go to pick them up they move so slow. It's like they don't care if you are in line forever, and there is no bench to sit down on and I have a really bad back. It's sad that they don't care about their costumers😔
I’ve been with this pharmacy for months, and it’s unacceptable that I can only get my prescription after waiting on hold for hours and repeatedly demanding they start processing it. The online tools are entirely useless. While I understand staffing shortages and being overworked, the service I’ve received consistently falls below acceptable standards. 2/5 stars ⭐⭐ Giving 2 stars strictly because the customer service on the grocery side is good. If this review were for the pharmacy alone, it would easily get a minus 1. The pharmacy at this location is completely ridiculous and a total waste of time. Every single time I need a refill, it is a nightmare: Impossible to reach by phone: You get trapped on hold forever without anyone picking up. Very strange man who works front desk and is tall with curly hair always talks to me in a weird way when I come pick up my prescriptions, needs more work on his customer service.
The staff of the pharmacy are wonderful, which is the only reason this place gets 2 stars. The lack of stars is due to how understaffed they are and FM insane policies (you're a few minutes late due to uncontrollable traffic so we're going to suspend you for a few days and make the pharmacy even MORE understaffed????). Due to how understaffed they are (who would want to work there), you can never get anyone on the phone, I've waited in line for over 20 minutes, and prescriptions take forever to get filled.
