I had a very disappointing experience. My 7-day-old newborn was in pain, and we had to wait over 3 hours just to receive two basic medications. Despite explaining the urgency, the staff was unhelpful and even rude when I requested that the meds be prioritized due to my baby's condition. To make things worse, we were asked to visit the pharmacy twice—an hour apart—only to be told each time that the medications were still not ready.
