I am right now in real time on hold with this pharmacy... I have been on hold for over an hour with these people and the woman "helping" me says my prescription wasn't sent to them. My providers office said that it was sent yesterday! So I called these people back, I got the same woman after holding for another 25min and counting!!! This person said it's not there again and is supposed to be calling my providers office... After she said to me .. I had a disappointing experience at the pharmacy today with Janette. Her customer service was lacking — she came across as overly assertive and dismissive, treating customers in a condescending manner. She also gave inaccurate information, claiming the prescription was sent at 3:00 PM when it was only 2:48 PM at the time. This discrepancy led to an unnecessary 30-minute wait. I hope this can be addressed, as it impacts patient trust and service quality.
They at least consistently stock my medications, which is why I switched from my previous pharmacy who would only order 30 tablets of my medication at a time from their supplier. I'd frequently run out, and be cold turkey for 2-3 days before I could get more. So I don't usually have to worry about that with Fred Meyer. When I order a medication for the first time, they order a few months worth of it (if it's not a common medication) so they have some extra stock waiting when I order a refill.
