So I call at 12:50 to get a prescription status( automated system wasn’t able to find me even though I’ve been using the pharmacy for a year now) phone is picked up and I’m told to please hold. I hold for 15 minutes and the main line picks up. I ask for the pharmacy they say it’s closed. No problem that they need a lunch break but why can’t they say that when the phone was picked up? This is the worst pharmacy around. The Pharmacy Manager/Pharmacist is absolutely horrible! He is rude, talks over and down at the customer, and discloses personal information at the counter where other people can clearly hear it. And this is how they treat disabled veterans! I will not be returning.
What’s the point of using the automated system to get a refill if it’s not gonna be ready at the time it said it would
