Usually good service and went to get a prescription that I needed 5 minutes before they close and they were locking up. Needed that prescription thanks
So I call at 12:50 to get a prescription status( automated system wasn’t able to find me even though I’ve been using the pharmacy for a year now) phone is picked up and I’m told to please hold. I hold for 15 minutes and the main line picks up. I ask for the pharmacy they say it’s closed. No problem that they need a lunch break but why can’t they say that when the phone was picked up?
