Switched to this pharmacy after dealing with horrendous service at Walgreens and CVS and I wish Id done it sooner. The staff are so friendly, they answer questions and explain things, and theyve been super fast all 4 times I have gotten meds filled here. Highly recommend.
My husband & I have been using this pharmacy for many years & are extremely pleased with the service we receive. The staff members are professional, courteous & friendly. The pharmacists (who seem to always be extremely busy) always take the time to speak with me (both in person & phone calls) about questions/concerns I have about various medicines, etc. I find it shocking that they don't receive 5 ☆'s from all. Perhaps only the disgruntled post reviews...
I have switched Pharmacies in this last year. I want to say how amazing Fred Meyers Pharmacy has been at this Twin Lakes location! They are always on top of things! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and honestly… pleasant! It is amazing how being friendly and kind towards people can impact ones personal experience.
