Was told I could get my RX in 20-39 minutes. I could not wait. I said I will have to come back tomorrow morning. Came back at 10:30 the next morning and was told it wouldn’t be ready until after 2:00! Customer service has been lost. Who has time to go to and from Fred Meyer 3 times in less than 24 hours? I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.. Not convinced it will be any better but worth a try!
I called to have a prescription transferred to them on the 1st since my insurance wasnt accepted at CVS. The lady on the phone said she would get to it but she sounded confused if that was her job to call or if CVS was supposed to call them. I went in person to make sure it was being worked on and they assured me it was. I waited a couple days and decided to try their online portal and that still didnt get me anywhere. Very rude! Wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy is a complete joke. The guy that answers the phone is very rude, who ever hired him needs to be evaluated! Buddy struggles to be nice when you ask if your prescription is ready, very challenging task for him.
My favorite place for shopping
They are absolutely terrible about answering the phone when you call in. I had the machine transfer me to a clerk and it was dead air for 4 minutes before ringing again and then more silence. So I called in a second time, had the machine transfer me again and MORE silence on the line for another 10 minutes before I hung up. Not even hold music to reassure you that you’re on hold. As far as I can, tell no one would have ever answered my call. AWFUL phone service.
