Very poorly designed system. Long, long lines. Stand in the middle of shoppers trying to leave store. Slow to fill. I miss Rite Aid..
Very long lines. Frequently do not have prescriptions previously promised ready.
They often have a line going out of the door and that is not an exaggeration. Also, they have never had my prescription ready.When they say they're gonna have it ready. I've gone there about thirty times in each and every time my prescription is never ready. They will tell me that my prescription will be ready at noon and i will get there at 2 PM, giving them an extra 2 hours to get it prepared and still it's not ready. They are absolutely horrible and very unreliable.
It is like pulling teeth to get them to do their job. They treat you like you are an inconvenience. They have no clue how to properly deal with any of the Tri-Care plans or Medicare. Over charging Veterans and elderly because they don't know how to use their systems. They send text out stating you will be contacted when your Rx is ready, you wait over a week then get talked down too because you asked why you haven't been contacted.
