Horrible service! They are slow unorganized and unprofessional. Go elsewhere!
First off, the prescriptions that I have stood right in front of them, when they told me they were put in. I came back, they should have been done days ago. They hadn't even been put in. So I sat and waited for them to be done. Associate went to grab them, and only one of them was done. Pharmacist had to still fill the other perscription. I had already been sitting there for 45min. When Rite Aid closed, our prescriptions were sent here. It has been nothing but a disaster ever since. The people are generally nice, but obviously overworked, and orders are never ready on time. NEVER. I get it that there was an influx of patients from Rite Aid, but its been 5 months. Today was the worst. I ordered my refills 5 days ago. Set the preferred time/day for pickup as Monday.
