I switched to fred meyer because I thought they would be a little more professional but boy was I wrong. I have never been treated so badly ever. Several times they lost my prescriptions only for me to wait until they found them and then wait to have them filled because of all the customers in front of me, are you kidding me. First you lose it when it was supposed to have been ready when I arrived and now I'm at the back of the line. I was told my prescription (for acute pain) would take about 2 hours to fill. 3 and 1/2 hours later it still had not been filled. My pain was so excruciating that I had to leave.
