I am beyond frustrated with the customer service at this Fred Meyer Pharmacy. The pharmacists have repeatedly been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. Today, I went in to pick up my mother’s prescription after her clinic told us it had been sent to this pharmacy. I was told they didn’t have it. When I asked, “Oh really? You don’t have it?” the pharmacist simply responded, “Have a nice day,” as if the conversation was over and she had no interest in helping me figure out what happened.
