I receive consistently good service and care at this pharmacy, All of the techs and pharmacists have been kind, patient and knowledgeable, and keep vaccine appointments. I note the people complaining about prescriptions not being ready after their medical provider said that a prescription was sent, but (to all you folks), that's only half the equation. Brianna and team are the best!
She is a wonderful pharmacy tech, but even more than that. She gives the best vaccinations i've ever had. In my life!!!! She is a gem in life!
Rude and extremely disrespectful. Answering phone, speaking a different language then next thing on hold for over 20 min just to get a ring then hold again. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. People are sick and we need our medicine not an employee that obviously hates her life and job and takes it out on the customer. I will be making a complaint with management and if it doesn’t change I will go further up Neil said employee and or pharmacist is fired. This is unacceptable behavior!!!
If you chose this pharmacy for its drive thru accessibility, just be aware they will randomly close it, any day, anytime. There is zero consistency or clear reason. Google has continuously removed my reviews as I attempt to share this. An absolute joke of a pharmacy
