I can understand a little bit with the pharmacy issue because there is currently a strike at Kaiser so all pharmacies are overwhelmed. So I get a message to pick up a prescription at 2:30 p.m, I go in at 7 p.m and it still isn't ready? No problem I want a pair of Skecher slip-on shoes.
