The pharmacists are working in a smaller pharmacy, but if you call a head of refill time , they can get your prescription filled on time! I have not had any problems with thier service. Just stay ahead of calling in your script to avoid delay! Customer service is great! They're knowledge and professionalism is notably calm, under stressful conditions of prescription and making sure people are taking care of. 5 🌟
They decided to switch the brand I have been using out of nowhere and said it’s fine because the active ingredients are the same- no it’s actually not fine. There are different stabilizers in each medication cause different reactions to each body. The fact that this pharmacy just decided to switch up brands every single refill is absolutely ridiculous and should not be policy.
I called to check refill status, one immature pharmacy technician placed me on hold 4 times with giggles in between "please hold". Eventually disconnected me and sent to voicemail. 10am, 9/29/2025. Very poor system and customer service for customers on the phone.
