Does not sell red bull in this fred meyer store. Fix this
6 days my prescription has been submitted and not filled. everytime you call they immediately put you on hold and don’t answer. it took them two days to refill my sons seizure medicine and antibiotics and that was with me going and demanding a priority fill, and they still didn’t notify me when it was ready! i’m moving all my prescriptions asap, i understand being short staffed but if that’s the case let me move my prescriptions some where else! ugh!
Okay honestly they suck. My RX is never ready on time. I had weekly pickup of one RX that would auto fill and it was never ready when I picked it up. However I made other with arrangement with my insurance because I was tried of just wasting my time so now it's a monthly. However Tonight is the last straw. I am starting a new Timed medication today and my doctor wanted me to start at lunch. I called the pharmacy at 11:30 to make sure it was received and they where working on it. Incompetent, rude, and poorly managed employees. Took 6 days to get an rx filled. 6 days without a medication that is critical to my functionality and health. Hung up on when I asked to speak to a pharmacy manager. When I called back, was then told by the SAME person, NOT a manager, that “they don’t have to follow any customer service standards or expectations because ‘this is healthcare”. Transferring all my prescriptions to Costco so Fred Meyer Pharmacy won’t get a penny more of my money.
