Whoever is in charge of your security needs to stand down. Fake cops armed like they're in the middle of Fallujah is NOT what I'm looking for in my neighborhood grocer. Get rid of their fake badges and make them wear security shirts at the very least. no need for tactical gear. it's gross. never thought I'd miss the Safeway.
The fruits and vegetables are always being stocked and attended too.
Thank you to all the wonderful ClickList staff at the Greenwood Fred Meyer. I love this team and the AMAZING customer service they provide all the time, but especially during this Covid crisis. They are front line workers out there for us and are just as important as all the first responders and medical staff and everyone else in essential services. They all deserve our gratitude. Treat them well please.
most of the time I shop at Fred Meyer's it's a good store always plenty to choose from really good people work there always good sales and close to my place I was going to Safeway but there Price's got so hi Fred Meyer's is beautiful
Poor service! They need to train their employees to be more helpful and provide support so that they can do their jobs effectively. They shouldn't overpromise and under deliver. So I placed an order online. I was told that if they ran out of stock and there would have to be substitutions, that they'd honor the original price. Well my order that was supposed to be between 8-9 pm. Instacart didn't arrive until almost 11pm! I get my receipt and there's rather expensive substitutions that they didn't honor the price on.
