I used to love this store. Since the remodel the deli has gone to hell. The people are so rude and you can see the disgust on their face when you walk up to the counter. Don't bother complaining to the management because I've been complaining for 2 years and nothing's changed. I am literally at Fred Meyers 3 to 4 times a week if not 5 or 6. I'm not a Fred Meyer shopper, it's just as close to my house. Hubby is out-of-town, I'm down with the flu and low on groceries. I remember a friend posted about Freddy's ClickList service where you order your groceries online and drive up and pick them up. I thought I would hate that kind of service because I like looking to see what's at the store. I was WRONG, so wrong! I ordered my groceries online last night and picked them up today in my PJ's. Love this Fred Meyer and shop here all the time. But I want to do a shout out to the bakery gal who went above to help my hubby. He went to 6 other stores to find me a raspberry filled cake, and when he came there, there was nothing... again. But the lady said if he walks around the store for 10 minutes she would make him one. She did!!! A beautiful white cake with raspberry filling and decorated beautifully in a little over 15 minutes. Amazing!!! Thank you sooooo much! You guys are the bomb for us loyal customers!
I love my freddys. I coupon like crazy and their store or the best for it. Their sushi is awesome. Everyone is really friendly and honest and I love the fact they are human.
I like shopping at this store but when I see people with their small dogs in the child's seat of the cart, I will leave the groceries, in the cart and walk out!!!! I like dogs but they do not belong in a store UNLESS they are SERVICE DOGS
