I visit Mill Creek Washington 3 to 4 times a year to see my daughter and her husband. We shop at the Fred Meyer. Simply put, I love this store. It has everything.
Your pharmacy has got to get it's act together. What good is it to call in prescription refills several days in advance only to not have them all ready when I go to pick them up and be told you'll have to wait another 25 minutes. TWO TIMES IN A ROW. I'm told there are problems with the phones, then get it fixed! You have plenty of people standing around!
This place has the slowest cashiers ever. They don't even care. I changed lines 3 times and it didn't even matter. I finally gave up and did self check out and it was faster. I shop here often and this isn't a one time occurrence. It's like this every time. They weren't even busy tonight and cashiers were moving at a snails pace.
Would not accept chip visa if no pin, left stuff at check out after manager could not over ride said it was a new policy, per the general manager's decision. Walked away thinking wtf do they accept charge cards or not. The person also implied that all stores are the same and I should knw better than to use the card without a pin. I did not have a problem at Albertsons half hour and a mile away later.
