Very kind and knowledgeable jewelers, they helped me with a piece I purchased from a different location. I would definitely recommend them for all repair or buying needs.
I dropped off a necklace to be fixed and they said a week, 3 weeks later I called and was told 3 times I would get a call back about what's going on, no one called. I had to call freds manager and she took care of it and I did not have to pay which was great but no response after talking with 3 people was frustrating.. I have gone there previously for the same thing and had great service, but again 3 no responses is frustrating

I came in to have my mom’s diamond reset. Chris was so patient and kind when I was trying to make a decision. We found the perfect setting! Chris kept me updated during the process with the goldsmith and called me when they finished days ahead of when they promised. I am beyond impressed with the entire process, all of the staff I encountered were exceptional. AMAZING customer service.
