A shout out to Warrenton Fred Meyer Jeweler and a heads up about Longview Fred Meyer Jeweler. Warrenton is where my ring was purchased and after a couple sizing send offs and fixing of the black rhodium, I was happy with the ring. After moving to Longview, I had to take it in to the Fred Meyer Jeweler in Longview to have a prong fixed. It took longer than the two weeks time frame. I would give them zero. Absolutely incompetent. They took my wedding ring to fix one diamond that was loose and for price evaluation. I was told that it will take two weeks. They sent the ring to New Jersey!!!!???? For evaluation???!!! More over, instead of returning the ring in one piece they separated it into three bands!!!!!Why????? Makes no sense! And it took over a month for them to do it all. Idiocracy on full display!
HORRIBLE customer service. Won't be purchasing from this location ever again. Going on 4 weeks and 4 times getting called to say the ring is ready and going in and they don't have it. EXTREMELY unorganized and unprofessional. I have NEVER had worse customer service and been treated so poorly. Specifically Chelle Swanson. Get another job if you can't speak to customers with a respectful tone!
I bought a bracelet and purchased a protection plan for it. It broke, and I had it fixed (under the protection plan). It took weeks to fix, and when I finally got it back, I wore it twice, and it broke again. I took it back in, and was so happy when I saw they had the exact same bracelet in the case.
