I brought my new engagement ring to Port Orchard Fred Meyer Jewelers to be resized last month. After picking it up & comparing the two rings that were identical prior to dropping them of at P.O.F.M.J. I noticed right away the resized ring is noticeably thinner, the color of the gold is darker, and it has surface indentations all over as well (it looks like a tiny hammer indentations).
