I’m trying to get one of my pieces of jewelry that I purchased from Fred Meyer’s repaired at the Sumner Fred Meyer jewelers and their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced in a jewelry store.
Very friendly, will work with your jewelry even if it's not bought there.
I like their choice in jewelry, its all very beautiful. I had a very good visit with the sales person Jared he was very helpful and patient while I was making up my mind deciding which piece to purchase. Fred Meyers was having a really good sale on jewelry!
Jennifer was great. Very knowledgeable about the different men's wedding rings. We told her what we were looking for and she showed it to us and then had some other great suggestions because SHE LISTENED to our concerns about a typical gold wedding ring and being prone to causing finger damage and showed us some other safer options which were actually less costly as well!
