I had a pre-wedding emergency after picking up my rings from a different Fred Meyer jewelers location, I brought them to this location to fix them since the original location couldn’t help me. Once I arrived, the ladies rushed my ring to the back like it was going in for emergency surgery and had it fixed within 5 minutes! The manager Tyler identified what was wrong with my rings and fixed it quickly and saved the day! I will be coming to this Fred Meyer jewelers from now on… Thanks sumner Freddy’s jeweler team!
Customer service is always horrible they do not understand there own policys so be aware they will make you pay for stuff you shouldn't have to "ESPECIALLY"! if you have a lifetime warranty care plan.
Just window shopping however the staff was very kind and patient.
I’m trying to get one of my pieces of jewelry that I purchased from Fred Meyer’s repaired at the Sumner Fred Meyer jewelers and their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced in a jewelry store.
Very friendly, will work with your jewelry even if it's not bought there.
