Large selection of jewelry. One employee Amy was not friendly at all, although tried to be helpful. Closed a case and gave me my ID back before we had decided we were done looking at rings in that case. Told my girlfriend she was using the wrong ring sizer (wider bands) that I had just handed her since it matched the rings we were actively wearing. This has always been my husband's "go to" jewelry store. Whether it's our anniversary, my birthday, or Valentine's Day I know I can count on something gorgeous.. from there! They're good about cleaning and checking your purchase even years later. They have everything your heart desires at Fred Meyer Jewelers.. it's hard to pass by their store and not slow way down just to take a peek. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable and yet not high pressure at all.

I’m gonna be as respectful as I can when I say Amy Moore is by far the WORST PERSON. My fiancé went and bought a new ring for our engagement a couple days after I took it in for my resize. (Immediately after being proposed too I noticed the crack in my center diamond!) When I came in I asked for it to be check and Amy told me very rudely it was just a feather. They get 1 star because there is no option for none. My husband special ordered me a chain with the help of 2 associates. He paid in full WITH a receipt saying balance paid. Was told it would be there in a week. They called the next day and told him he owed twice what he already paid. He of course refused. Corporate also refused to honor the price. Amy Moore helped us! She is absolutely amazing, she treated us with kindness and understanding! Hands down the best Fred Meyer Jewelers worker we’ve worked with. I appreciated her very much as her customer service was a 10/10.
