Worst experience I’ve ever had a Fred jeweler. The sales staff was rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. When called out on it they both cussed and one of them even invited me to meet him after work to fight. Childish and unprofessional. These children should be fired
I went to Fred Meyers for ice cream but stopped by the jewelry department . I had been cleaning house at home and I know I looked like a derelict. The associate didn't bat an eye. She treated me like I had just stepped off a red carpet. And she continues to reach out to me. Thank you Heidi and Merry Christmas to you
