Im so disappointed, I wish we would've never purchased our rings from this store. My fiancee and I have received the worse customer service she went to get her ring cleaned and inspected not to long ago the girl was so rude she just left. I've tried 3 times since we made our first purchase to go back into the store for gifts I got attitude everytime I asked them to come over and actually help me look at things.
