I was in for a quick issue with my watch today and was absolutely astounded by the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by Jarred (apologies if I misspelled that). He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending the location to anyone who needs it.
The Fred Meyers Jewelry store in Newberg is such a lovely jewelry shop and the staff are very pleasant and helpful, especially Kim Atrops. I stopped in to have an old silver cross with gemstones cleaned and Kim was more than happy to clean it for me. Wedding ring set built and adjusted for us!
I purchased a ring for my partner along with some earrings, I paid for the warranty assuming that it would cover lost or damaged items, because that was what I was told, my mistake for believing that. The ring isn’t covered for being lost, the earrings I have to pay for a new earring, but ONLY stud earrings, not hoops. The warranty is useless don’t waste your money.
