Slow goldsmith work on wedding band/diamond setting. Missed promised return date by 3 weeks. Ruined plans. Horrible customer service, when I call to check their employee is like “ oh well too bad”. No apologies no attempt to initiate a rush just nothing. SPEND HARD EARNED CASH ANYWHERE ELSE
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I have been in numerous times because they have messed up my ring each time. First when they sodered my rings together it left a huge gap and it came back 2 sizes too small! It had to be sent back! When it came back again I took it home and noticed the biggest diamond was sitting sideways in the setting. Again got sent back. 2 weeks after receiving it my 3 carat diamond fell out of the ring! How can I give ZERO stars. We purchased our engagement ring here in February 2026. July 2026 the setting holding the diamond was tilting due to incorrect soldering methods (confirmed by another jeweler). When we asked the sales representative at Fred Meyer if they could fix and secure the setting so it would not happen again..she said it would cost us because they would consider it an alteration!!
