How can I give ZERO stars. We purchased our engagement ring here in February 2026. July 2026 the setting holding the diamond was tilting due to incorrect soldering methods (confirmed by another jeweler). When we asked the sales representative at Fred Meyer if they could fix and secure the setting so it would not happen again..she said it would cost us because they would consider it an alteration!! They are always so helpful and kind. We only buy jewelry from them whether its in person or online. My husband has even gone through them to design a ring for me.
