The two girls working today (7:00 pm) were very rude and embarrassed me by informing me that I was in a "fine jewelery store and couldn't find what I was looking for in here." Ma'am, this is a Fred Meyers. Poor service. You would never make it in a nice jewelry store. Work on your customer service. Good luck. Won't be coming back.
Ally has been so lovely to work with! My stone was loose one day, and I took it in to get it fixed up. Everything went very smoothly with Ally’s help. When I came back to pick up my ring, everything was fixed and improved. Thank you!!
Just had a very rude man by the name of Gabriel. Completely overreacted to the situation. Horrible customer service by him. Defensive listening at it's finest.
Yeah wow!! Rude AVOID these people off putting dismissing employees that could careless if they get your business.. Shop local! Wanted us to just drop off grandma's ring with them without giving us a clue what it would cost to fix and no offer of stone options.. No thank you we will go to the jewelry store down by the water and Antonys Hearthfire. Unbelievably rude she just wanted her ring fixed and was ready to buy a diamond and you missed it!!!
Bought some jewelry here. Decent. Later found out it was expensive but that is not the issue. The issue is that I was sold a warranty and cleaning plan. The two items I bought were both emeralds. I tried to redeem the two cleaning and warranty plans that I bought. Only at the time I tried to redeem the benefits I was told that they do not cover emeralds. Totally rip off they sold me things that did not apply. Can’t be trusted.
