Horrible service. Very unprofessional. Brought in three watches to be serviced. They took them for 3 months only to return them with no work done stating the watch repairer didn’t know what parts needed fixing. I then received a phone call stating they were back in shop to pick up “with no work done”, when I arrived I was then told “sorry they have not arrived yet” I had a voice mail from them stating otherwise. they lied about changing the batteries on both my watch, said it was the watch that was broken but i took them to jewelry store after and they both work. So it took them three weeks, didn't even notify me, and lied about changing the batteries and argued that it was the watch and they did absolutely change the batteries. They didn't take responsiblity of not doing the work in the first place and wanted me to pay for it! If you want cheap jewelry maybe this is the place but definately not for any services.

I had my TIMEX watch battery replaced for $17 including tax. He was kind and punctual with the service. All done in less than 10 minutes. For the service price and timely service it is by far the best ever!
