I had a Pendant with an Heart & Key around my neck for nearly 14yrs. It was a huge part of me and my love story with my now husband. I've gone several times for maintenance on my ring. This is now the 4th time they have promised a pickup date, and cannot deliver that. Once I got married, I changed my name in their system with them, and then when I went to pick up my ring, I spent an hour searching my place for the sheet because they put it under my old name and refused to give me my ring without it because my last name was different.
